Abstract: Many women struggle with the inevitable intense feelings that come along with the transition to motherhood. Learn more about how to identify problems, what is normal, and how to help. Healthcare providers, IBCLCs, and mother-to-mother breastfeeding support groups are complementary and essential to helping mothers overcome their mental health challenges and reach their breastfeeding goals.
